Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery time varies depending on your location. Generally, orders reach major cities faster due to better logistics coverage.

  • For remote or less-connected areas, delivery may take slightly longer.

  • We aim for fast dispatch—orders are shipped out as quickly as possible after confirmation.


What We Expect from You

  • Please provide a correct and complete delivery address (including house number, street, city, and postal code) to avoid delays.

  • Make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.

  • If there is any problem (wrong address, delivery failed, etc.), notify us and PostEx as soon as you can so we can help resolve it.


Your Rights & Our Responsibilities

  • Once the order is handed over to PostEx, they take over the responsibility for shipment transit and delivery.
